RMI Raleigh Benefit Horse Show - November 14-16

If you think you might enjoy working at the hospitality barn or in the show ring, we have a job for you! The RMI Raleigh Benefit Horse Show, November 14 - 16, is now ready for volunteers to sign up for times to work. The times are flexible and the duties are varied. The following list shows where you are needed (no experience needed)! Don't delay - get a time that works best for you. Call the NCHC Office at (919) 854-1990 to reserve your place. If you have any questions regarding volunteering, you can call the NCHC Office or Susan Grayson at (919) 362-6364. You don't want to miss the RMI Raleigh Benefit Horse Show.

Volunteer Opportunities
Ribbon Presenters - 3 show rings. Two hour shifts are available from 8 am - 6 pm. We must have 2 volunteers for each shift to hand out ribbons to the winners of each class.

Exhibitor Hospitality - Mornings from 8 - 9:30 a.m. We must have 2 volunteers each morning to distribute food from the hospitality barn.

Exhibitor Hospitality - Afternoons from 3 - 4:30 p.m. We must have 2 volunteers each afternoon to distribute cookies/goodies throughout the barns.

Bakers - We would love to have homemade cookies to be served in the hospitality barn each afternoon.

T-shirt Sales - T-shirts and sweatshirts will be for sale beginning Wednesday, November 12th and continuing through Sunday, November 16th. If you can help out any time between 8 am and 9 pm, that would be great.

The North Carolina Horse Council and the Wolfpack Equestrian Team of North Carolina State University have teamed with Rush Management Incorporated to put on the November 14-16, 2008 Raleigh Benefit Horse Show at the Hunt Horse Complex.

This event is anticipated to become a major fund-raiser for both the NC Horse Council and Wolfpack Equestrian Team. The majority of the proceeds will go to the NCHC to establish a scholarship fund for North Carolina high school and college students pursuing equine-oriented careers. Wolfpack Equestrian's share will be used to support their participation in the intercollegiate Horse Show Association competitions. All of the monies will be used to help NC youth.

We are asking you, as an individual, and your company or corporation to assist us with a sponsorship. Please take a look at the information below and let us know at what level you wish to sponsor this benefit event.
