Referendum Passed!

The Horse Promotion Assessment Referendum passed with an overwhelmingly positive vote on Wednesday March 5th. The Council would like to thank each and every horse owners who voted. The vote enables the NCHC to continue it's work in support of the equine industry. The referendum dollars will continue to allow us to fund programs for our youth, monitor and influence legislative and regulatory issues which impact the industry and provide education for equine owners. Thank you for voting "Yes" for your horses.
