The U.S. Forest Service, Department of Agriculture in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation have released the much anticipated "Equestrian Design Guidebook for Trails, Trailheads, and Campgrounds". Thirty-two nationally recognized equestrian trail leaders and several regional, county and city planners shared their expertise and trail plans to form one authoratative technical manual.
