Stolen Horse Information Network NCHC -SHIN & Stolen Horse International working together! Your help is needed to locate and prevent horse theft. Contact Debi Metcalf to sign up to be a member of SHIN for the North Carolina Horse Council. Debi works with NCHC Members and others who would like to help find stolen horses. She will contact you via email to alert you of horses that have been stolen or gone missing. The fliers maybe printed out and posted at local tack stores or given out an horse events. Use Stolen Horse International's website to learn how to protect yourself and horses from theft. Information about securing property, micro-chips, ID tags for hurricanes, marking tack and how to report at stolen horse is all listed on her web site.
